Holy Mackerel that is cool. That's pretty darn detailed and neat looking for Magic Sculpt. I gotta try that.

The tattered bits on the wings are a lovely touch. The paint texturing/scales and THE TEETH. My god.

If only every RPG boss were so uniquely done. A lot of love clearly went into this. How delicate is magic sculpt, and where do you get it?

Hey man, thanks so much. Magic Sculpt dries to about as hard as a rock- so it's a bit brittle on the thin parts. I use wires for armature where ever I can, plus aluminum foil and masking tape to build up some of the thick structures. Wet magic sculpt also sticks to dry magic sculpt, so you can build in layers (like when creating the sets of teeth, I had to do it in about 4 stages, from inner to outer). I order it from taxidermy.com, and I get 2 sets of 20 lb kits at a time (one set of 20 lbs can easily last me a year). It's my favorite clay, and so easy to work with.
