Harbinger of the Apocalypse

I saw your DD for your other photo of this sculpture (congrats, by the way!), but I absolutely love the lighting in this - it reminded me a little of a nightmarish marionette or shadow puppet, and I like how the scissor-hands look as if they are tilting the chin up in an almost coy way, which is interesting given the meanings of this piece that you've discussed in your journal...
anyway, I'm waffling - this is a great sculpture! Really nice work.
